I have 2 rooms for rent in single family home with private entrance, bathroom and living space. Sared kitchen, laundry room and exercise area. The rooms are furnished and one room can be used as a living room. The sizes are 12 x 16 and 10 x 14.$1000 a month (utilities included). I am 15 mins from Ft. Meade, NSA and College Park. 10 mins from Greenbelt Metro. Must be able to show proof of income for one year.
